SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping with us! We are dedicated to delivering your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Destinations
We are proud to offer worldwide international shipping. No matter where you are located, we will deliver our products directly to your doorstep.

2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days. 
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or local public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated based on the total weight of your items and will be automatically displayed at checkout. 

We offer two reliable shipping methods to suit your needs:

• Economy Shipping (via Israel Eco Post):
  Estimated delivery time: Usually delivered within 12–16 business days.
  
• Express Shipping (via FedEx):
  Estimated delivery time: Usually delivered within 2–4 business days.

*Please note: Delivery estimates are provided by the carriers and are subject to customs clearance procedures in the destination country, which may occasionally cause additional transit delays beyond our control.*

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
We believe in full transparency. Every single order placed on our store comes with a tracking number. 
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier (Israel Eco Post or FedEx), you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. Your tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours of dispatch.

5. Local Pickup & Delivery
Please note that we operate strictly as an online store and do not offer local pickup, curbside pickup, or local delivery services at this time. All orders must be shipped via our designated carriers.

6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For all international orders, the customer is solely responsible for any customs clearance, import duties, and local taxes that may apply upon delivery in the destination country. 
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined by your local government. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be. 

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend the package.
