It is based on Dan Feldman's classic TRIP puzzle, an iconic mechanical brain teaser originally designed more than twenty years ago. Boaz Feldman updated the mechanism and brought it into the Puzzlocks collection as a tribute to his father's work. It is a bit of history with a fresh twist.

It looks like a normal padlock. The answer is hidden right in front of you. Most people solve it in around two hours, which means a satisfying first experience without days of frustration.
