Return policy

Dear customers,

Returns and exchanges of purchased products will be possible in accordance with what is stated in this document.
It is clarified that everything stated in this document relates to products returned without being damaged or used.
It will not be possible to return/exchange open/used products.
Returns and exchanges in a transaction in which promotion or benefit applies,
are subject to the relevant promotion/benefit regulations.

Exchange:

Product replacement will be possible within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Replacement of a product purchased at a Sale price will be possible against a product with the same value as the price at which the product was actually purchased.
Replacement of a product purchased at full price will be possible against a product at the full price value of the product, even if as part of the purchase of the product, the customer enjoys ancillary benefits (for example, a sale on the website).
In cases where a full-price replacement has been given, it will not be possible to convert it again with a refund.

Refund:

A refund will be given in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of a Transaction) Regulations, 2010.
A refund will be given for a product whose price only exceeds 50 NIS.
Refund will be possible upon return of the product within 14 days from the date of purchase and was returned in its original packaging without being opened.
The refund will be made offset by a cancellation fee of 5% of the purchase or NIS 100, whichever is lower.
The refund will be given to the customer within 7 business days from the date of returned product (subject to the provisions of the law regarding payment by check and credit).
No refund will be given for a product purchased in its entirety using a gift voucher.
Reimbursement for products purchased on sale will be made in accordance with the amount actually paid by the customer for the product returned.
In a transaction in which a benefit is realized that depends on the purchase of several products together, a refund will be given only on the return of all the products together
(for example in a 1 + 1 sale, a refund will be given only if returning the 2 products).

.מובהר כי כל האמור במסמך זה מתייחס למוצרים שהוחזרו מבלי שנפגמו ומבלי שנעשה בהם שימוש
.לא תתאפשר החזרה/החלפה למוצר שנעשה בו שימוש
.החזרות והחלפות בעסקה בה חל מבצע או הטבה, כפופות לתקנון המבצע/הטבה הרלבנטי

 :החלפה

.החלפת מוצר תתאפשר תוך 14 יום ממועד הרכישה
.החלפת מוצר שנרכש במחיר מבצע תתאפשר כנגד מוצר בשווי זהה לשווי המחיר בו נרכש המוצר בפועל
,החלפת מוצר שנרכש במחיר מלא תתאפשר כנגד מוצר בשווי המחיר המלא של המוצר
.וזאת גם אם במסגרת רכישת המוצר נהנה הלקוח מהטבות נלוות (למשל מבצע סייל באתר)
.במקרים בהם ניתנה החלפה במחיר מלא, לא ניתן יהיה להמירה שוב בהחזר כספי

:החזר כספי

החזר כספי יינתן בהתאם לתקנות הגנת הצרכן (ביטול עסקה), תשע"א - 2010
.החזר כספי יינתן עבור מוצר שמחירו עולה על 50 ₪ בלבד
.החזר כספי יתאפשר בהחזרת המוצר בתוך 14 יום ממועד הרכישה והוחזר באריזתו המקורית מבלי שנפתחה
.ההחזר יבוצע בקיזוז דמי ביטול בשיעור של 5% מסכום הרכישה או 100 ₪, לפי הנמוך מביניהם
.ההחזר הכספי יינתן ללקוח בתוך 7 ימי עסקים ממועד החזרת המוצר (בכפוף להוראות הדין בגין תשלום בשיק ואשראי)
.לא יינתן החזר כספי עבור מוצר שנרכש כולו באמצעות שובר מתנה/שובר זיכוי
.מתן החזר כספי בגין מוצרים שנרכשו במבצע יבוצע בהתאם לסכום ששולם בפועל על ידי הלקוח בגין אותו מוצר שהוחזר
בעסקה בה מומשה הטבה התלויה ברכישת מספר מוצרים יחד, יינתן החזר כספי רק בהחזרת כל המוצרים יחד
.(למשל בעסקת 1+1 יינתן החזר כספי רק בהחזרת 2 המוצרים)
